Damian has been potty trained for a few months now. He is doing so well! His attitude is also definitely progressing. He isn't afraid to let mom know when he doesn't like something. His current favorite game for the iPad is Rayman. It amazes me how he can figure out all of this stuff. I think he's better at it then I am. In January he got to go to Disneyland with for the "grandparents trip". He was so excited and always says he wants to "go see him (while pointing at goofy on his new coat)." He doesn't understand that he can only go one time per year. He is doing really well in preschool as well. He is getting a lot better at his colors and shapes and can count to 10 very easily. This little boy seriously lights up my life. He is just growing so fast.
In December, he turned 3 and got to go see Santa. He wasn't too sure about this idea.
Another favorite activity that he has is going to see all the "fishies" at the Idaho Aquarium.
As for me, I continue to just work and go to school. Living the very fun and exciting single mommy life! However, while Damian was in Disneyland with my parents, they surprised me with tickets to a Jazz game. I was so excited and had a great time with my best friend Brittany (who knew about this months before they gave me the tickets!).
Also while we visited Utah for the game, I got to go visit The Old Dutch Store. It reminded me so much of my Grandpa who passed away in February 2012.
I seriously wouldn't change a single thing about my life right now <3
